I appreciated the promptness in which Kelli answered any questions I had through the process. Although the property was a foreclosure and new territory for Kelli, I feel like she handled all aspects well and kept me well informed when any issue arose. All in all the process went surprisingly smoothly for my part and I feel that Kelli had my best interest in mind.

Kelli Powers was a great realtor for me, and I would recommend her highly. She was kind, considerate, professional and thoughtful as my realtor. She had answers for every question, and when I wasn’t sure how to address certain aspects of the sale or selling process, she bent over backwards to find people to help me along the way! ( I wound up leaving town part way through the process and she found me movers, packers, cleaners, storage options and more!) I cannot say enough about my positive home sale with Kelli Powers and The Century 21 Fairbanks, Ak team.

Kelli has always helped me through the years with many properties and investments. She has many many years of experience on all types of properties, from residential to commercial, she has always come through and put me first, and is a dedicated professional, and reliable. Great with people and can negotiate with the best. I would highly recommend Her to everyone.

Kelli (and, Emily) are the best. In every aspect of the the buying-selling transactions (we have done more than one with Kelli!) Kelli and her team are expert. This includes with connections within the community (e.g, for contractors, repair people) that have so often turned out to be essential.
