Excellent Realtor

Kim went beyond a realtor’s duty. We moved out of state and she took care of issues that come up when you are not there. She was good at negotiating the price. She was reviewed the buyers repair demands and made alternative suggestions.

Very efficient and a joy to work with

Kim Leeper was very knowledgeable and efficient. She was not abrasive or pushy. We were told that the average turn over on a house was 90 days but were entertaining an offer in a month and this was over Thanksgiving and Christmas and major snow storms. This not an ideal time to sell a house. We also moved out of state and Kim was good at keeping an eye on things and forwarding packages that were sent to our old address. Kim was very good at making suggestions to keep the process moving. We were very happy with the results of our business dealings.
