Kim Leeper was s perfect fit as a realtor for us. She showed us the homes we thought we were interested in and talked over all the details. When we finally found the home of our dreams, she was instrumental in helping us get thru the difficulties of the loan process and negotiations leading up to our purchase. I would recommend Kim Leeper to anyone who seriously is looking for a home in fact, we already have ! Thank you Kim Leeper for all the help getting into our new home !

Kim Leeper went above and beyond for my husband and I, and our family. As a first time home buyer, Kim answered all my questions and walked me through the many aspects of buying a home. Kim is so knowledgeable and an extremely hard worker. Kim is funny and kind and very personable. Despite the complexity of our experience, Kim maintained patience and professionalism. Kim's is a true gem and her work is unmatched. I highly recommend Kim.

Kim originally made buying our first home a breeze. When we unexpectedly fell in love with a home, I immediately contacted Kim again. Kim made our impromptu buying a house so incredibly easy. She got us into my dream home within 24 hours, and shortly after that she helped us put our home on the market. She came so incredibly prepared to help us, even with what seemed like little notice. She placed our home on the market and it sold instantly! She helped with every step of the way and coached us through everything, even though we had just gone through this process three years ago. I plan to never have to buy a house again, but if we do, we will definitely be using Kim again!

We met Kim through a property she had listed couple of years ago. Since then Kim has been our agent in Findlay exclusively. She has shown us countless number of properties. Kim was amazing! She was so peppered when we first met her and she was so quick to respond back to us when we had questions. She helped us sell our house for way more then we ever imagined. We couldn’t have been happier with how smooth the whole process was.

Kim was very upfront about how to move forward with our property. Her knowledge base was exceptional. She kept reassuring and always updated us on any changes or progress during the selling process. Kim's kind and personal demenor kept us from stressing out and worrying over the some of the changes the buyers wanted. Our are short time with Kim was very enjoyable. Kim explained every step that took place in the seling of our home, she provided all the steps with folders of information we could go back and look at. She was a text or phone call away.
