I was perhaps lucky I don't know. But Kim had my house sold in record time. I was expecting it to take up to 6 months and it was sold within a week of contacting her. I was very pleased. I feel she was very accessible and communicated in a timely manner anything that needed my attention. The closing was scheduled quickly and we were able to move to our new house much sooner than planned. I would definitely recommend Kim to anyone wanting to sell their house.
I also dealt with Kim when I purchased the house almost 20 years ago and she was very helpful during the purchasing process as well. We looked at a lot of houses and she was very patient. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy as well.

When they weren't just right, she smiled and went back to work without a complaining and found more. She had a talent as to knowing what we needed
