We got lined up with Kim after inquiring about a local listing. Kim did a great job asking us questions to find out the kinds of homes we were looking for and in the local communities that would best fit our lifestyle. A couple of the things I appreciated most about Kim was her quick responses to our questions via phone calls, texts or emails, her ability to set up home viewings on a timely and organized fashion, and her knowledge of the entire buying process. The house we finally purchased was slightly over priced compared to other comparable houses and she knew how to navigate us through the offering process to get us the best price possible without loosing the house to other motivated buyers!
