Kimberly Slucher was matched with me by the Century 21 network to help me move from out of town. I have only the strongest recommendation to make. She knows the business very well, is attentive, professional, detail oriented, everything I could ask for in an agent. I think Kimberly's personal touch is her best attribute. Any competent agent can close a deal, but it takes someone special to provide calm and reassuring support throughout a very stressful process. I never had a moment's doubt that I was in the best of hands.

If you are looking for an agent that will work hard for you and be responsive to all of your needs, Kim Slucher is the agent for you. She was always available and promptly returned call, texts, and emails. She answered all of our questions and communicated between the seller and ourselves effectively. Even though she was not even the listing agent on the property, in our opinion, she worked harder than the listing agent to make the deal happen.

If you need a realtor to help you buy or sell a lake property or any other property, Kim is the agent you should have working for you.

Kim was great to work with! We came in from out of town and she was able to schedule a number of showings on both Saturday and Sunday to enable us to find a great home in a short time period. She facilitated the purchasing process and helped work through some critical details in the 11th hour to ensure we were able to close on the house.

Selling a home is quite stressful and Kim certainly helped ease a great deal of the stress involved. We found her to be very knowledgeable and concerned regarding any questions we had.

Kimberly was AWESOME to work with during the sell of my home and with the purchase of a new home. I admired Kimberly's patience and understanding of the needs of my family. She was willing to talk, answer questions or whatever during and after work hours.

Kim was absolutely amazing! She listened to our needs and did everything to meet them. She was fantastic when it came to inspecting the houses when looking at them. Even climbing down into crawlspaces when necessary! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. From the very beginning Kim told us we could reach out to her any day or time with questions and concerns and she was always quick to respond!

If I could buy a house from Kimberly every year, I would. Luckily, we love the house she found us so, so much that we won't be buying another home for quite some time, but I truly can't wait to recommend her to all of my family and friends. For two completely clueless people whose financials and prospects weren't all that great to begin with, she treated my husband and I as if we were her only clients. I told her this after we closed and I'll say it again here: we just didn't deserve the wonderful service she provided. She was far too good for us first time home buyers, but she never, ever made us feel that way, and even chastised us for being insecure about asking questions. Her motto: "That's what I'm here for!" and it never failed to calm our nerves. She's the kind of realtor you would expect to work with when buying million dollar homes, and yet she prioritized us, talked to us, and educated us about the home buying process as if we were the highest tier clients.

Kim was very proactive in helping me search for a property, even continuing to help me search over a span of 2 years. I very highly recommend her to anyone in need of a good realtor!

From the time I asked him to help me in searching and purchasing a home, she was very hard-working from the beginning. She never stopped and she never gave up wow the whole time she was looking out for me and my best interest! From the start it was always about me and my happiness rather than just a client and just a sale. Even when I got discouraged and thought about giving up she was there to encourage. She was always available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to answer any question no matter how big or how small and if a problem came up most times she had it resolved before I even knew about it. She was very diligent and knowledgeable and helpful in helping me pick a great mortgage company a great home inspection team and was always there when I needed her or had questions. Even after the sale she still kept in contact making sure I was happy with my decision and making sure everything was right with my home. I know of no other person that I would rather have represent me in real estate
