Kim Wood is an experienced licensed Realtor who has been in the industry for the past ten years, holding active licenses in Texas and Utah. Before entering the real estate industry, Kim had a successful career in nursing, where she developed a lifelong passion for helping others. She brings this same passion and nurturing nature into her real estate work, always striving to find the right home at the right price with the least amount of stress for her clients. Recently, Kim was recognized as a Top Producer in Washington County and received the 5-million dollar club award. When she is not working, Kim enjoys spending time with her family. She is a proud mother of six beautiful children, including a set of twins, and a "Mimi" of five grandchildren. In her free time, she loves to travel and explore the great outdoors of Southern Utah, always eager for new adventures.
