As first time home buyers, also being from out of state, my husband and I reached out to Chris, who was instrumental in helping us navigate the process of purchasing our first home, from a distance. We never felt pressured, and Chris was always a phone call/text, or email away to answer our many questions. When the property that we ultimately purchased was first listed on the market, Chris worked diligently on our behalf to begin negotiations, always kept us well informed, and talk us through each step of the way. Chris met with the inspector not once but twice for us when we could not be there in person. We are now settled into our new home and we could not be happier!
