Kristin was a great help in our process of buying a house, definitely made the process much easier. Very easy to work with, knowledgable of the area and great willingness to show houses.

Kristin was wonderful to deal with. She put a lot of effort into coming up with the correct number to price my home at and it sold in 4 days with multiple offers to choose from. She helped me through the whole process from start to finish- even dealing with the buyers and the bank right up to closing. She even helped me find my new house and took me to over 10 houses until I found the exact one I wanted.

Kristin Oban was a real blessing. She made the process very easy and was a nice person to communicate
with. I truly appreciate everything Kristin has done for my family.

Kris is a wonderful realtor. She was with us every step of the way, followed through, supported us and set us
up for success. Our sale was very challenging and she made it look easy. We were very lucky to work with

We were so lucky to have Kristin as our realtor! She did such a fantastic job leading us through such a crazy
process. She paid attention to every little detail and made everything so simple and easy!

I can honestly say upon meeting her I was extremely
statisified with her and her credentials. I couldn't have been more lucky.
I made an offer on the condo and it ended up working out. Kristin was amazing with getting me information on inspectors, contractors, and everything else.
She managed the contract part immediately. The process went beyond smooth. I don't think things could
have gone as good as they did without her. She even adapted to my own situation due to me being paralyzed
and helping make sure that my disability was taken into account on certain parts of the purchase. This meant
a lot.
I feel like there is no way the situation could have ended up as good as it did without Kristin involved. I was
lucky to have her. I would recommend her to anyone.
