The only area of this survey I did not say Kristin was excellent was in the pricing of my house. When she did her estimate, the local market was higher. During the sale of the property, prices in my area fell causing the estimate of the house sale to be lower than the price asked. This was not Kristen's fault. She was accurate in her initial assessment. It's just the luck of the draw that the market decreased. I liked working with her. She was knowlegible and aware of my concerns. She always called me back in a timely manner and kept me aware of changes, concerns, and buyer interest. I would gladly recommend her to other clients and I would surely use her services again.
