She even gave us a thoughtful homewarming gift at closing and continues to be there to assist us even after closing. I’m truly grateful for everything Kristin has done — she went above and beyond, and made this journey something I’ll always remember for all the right reasons.

I made an offer on the condo and it ended up working out. I was surprised because I wasn't sure if it would work out. Kristin was amazing from getting me imformation on inspectors, contractors, and everything else. She managed the contract part immediately. The process went beyond smooth. I don't think things could have gone as good as they did without her. She even adapted to my own situation due to me being paralyzed and helping make sure that my disability was taken into account on certain parts of the purchase. This meant a lot.
