After much research and reading many reviews, we landed on Laken Scarborough. Well, I have to say, from start to finish, she did not disappoint, and all those fantastic reviews she had were 100% correct. I highly recommend using Laken next time you are looking to buy a home. She is top-notch.

We’re both retired in Central Louisiana. We chose the MS Gulf Coast because of its proximity. We contacted Laken to show us some beach condos that we might use as a second home. Laken and her support staff went above and beyond, showing us available condos in numerous condominium complexes. Laken even showed us some candidate condos via Face Time, when we could not make the trip to Biloxi. When we selected condos on which to make offers, Laken and staff assisted on every step of the process. Once we reached agreement with a Seller, Laken and Sallie helped (a lot) on the closing. We truly feel blessed that Laken and Sallie provided the experience and and guidance through the entire process.

From putting in an offer to closing., she was with us all the way and kept all the paperwork moving and updated for the courts. When we first put an offer on our property, we didn't realize that it was a probate property. Laken understands everything to keep a probate sale successful. The whole process was very easy on our end thanks to Laken. I might add that Laken was our eyes and ears for this whole process, being that we are still out of state.
