From that point forward, Larry assisted in putting a long term plan together and connecting us with the right people to make our first purchase possible. Even though we weren't ready in the moment, Larry never hesitated to spend time and show us homes to gain a better understanding of what we wanted. When it was time to purchase, Larry was quick to provide us with homes that we loved and when we chose the right one, it was closed very quickly. Larry Jago helped my wife and I purchase our first house. As first time buyers we didn’t know much about the process of buying a house but Larry walked us through and explained every step. Larry was very approachable and professional. Larry has the entire process organised step by step in a way that made every aspect of the purchase easy for us to understand. He provided us with lists and contacts which made the process quick and much less stressful then if we had been left to figure things out on our own.

Larry Jago was very clear with us about everything. He is very knowledgeable and was quite handy whenever we called, he responded the next minute. Larry Jago went for us over and above the call of duty. We where living in Edmonton, Ab. I`ve known Larry a few years, as he was also working with with my sons with real estate deals. When speaking with Larry in Masrch of this year, before we moved back to Brandon, he asked me a series of questions as to what we would like for property. Within a few days being back in Edmonton, Larry had sent an e-mail with numerous listings to choose from. For about 6 weeks Larry worked hard to find us with the right property. I do have to say with my sons help, going out and looking at properties. It wasn`t long before Larry had found the house we where looking for. Larry made our move from Edmonton to Brandon a real pleasure, with all the other small but neccisery details a person has to cover. When possesion date came, Larry was right on top of things, a few details wheren`t right but Larry got them fixed ASAP. I would not use any other agent, my opinion, other than Larry Jago, very pleasant, caring, very helpful, and alround great guy. Thank you Larry for all you have done for us!

Larry was recommended to me by our lawyer. I didn't look at the above factors at all.Not being from Manitoba I thought that being a young realtor would be a benefit because it was going to be a more challenging property to sell.
He was very personable,was ready to get right on it,had a positive outlook on selling the property, kept me posted on everything at least once a week,always returned my texts and emails promptly and always a happy person to talk to. I would recommend him to my friends and family to use as their realtor.
