Our relocation company asked for 2 marketing plans and we chose Larry's over the other submission. Larry was very clear in his communication, very much wanting to work closely with us. He drove a good amount of volume in terms of showings and gave us very helpful tips. I felt he worked hard for us. He built a strong level of rapport and he was sensitive to our needs and wants. We've been very pleased using Century 21 Westman in the past and Larry exceeded our expectations in every way.

I didn't choose Centrury21, I chose to deal with Larry Jago - he was hands down, amazing. My boyfriend and me began looking at a few different houses and then I came across one that I wanted to look at, which was listed by Larry Jago. I emailed him one evening and he immediately gave me a phone call. Larry let me know that the house we wanted to look at was unfortunately in the process of bring sold, however he would be more than willing to gather a bunch of different listings for us to go through and we could then narrow down the ones we wanted to look at. I then asked him about another house I had seen and he said we could look at it whenever we would like. After deciding on the house we wanted to make our future home, Larry helped us put an offer together and our first offer was accepted. As first time homebuyers, we were nervous about the process and didn't want to miss any steps. Larry was more than willing to walk us through all of the steps and he even went out of his was to make us checklists to put ours minds at ease. Not only did Larry worry about our sale, but we also felt as though he truly cared about us. He made us a bank appointment at RBC to ensure we got the lowest interest rate as possible on a mobile home and told us if we need new furniture to let him know as he would hook us up with someone at the Brick. The connections that Larry has over the city were a true asset. Larry made our first time home buying process very smooth and relaxing and he also saved us a ton of money along the way. We will for sure consider selling our house through Larry Jago when the time comes for our next move.

We have had such a great experience with Larry and would recommend him to anyone that we know of who is looking to either buy or sell. he kept us up to date and was not all about lowering the price to get the sale, he knew what it was that we needed and worked very hard to get it.
