Great realtor. He got a lot of activity showing our home. He didn't pressure us to take offers that were to low. Communication was quick and clear. He followed up with the showing realtors and gave us feedback from the showings.

We were looking to buy our first home, and we luckily found Mr. Levias. He took knowledge of what we were looking for and put together a great selection of homes to choose from. We were very picky in our selection, but Mr. Levias was very patient and showed us every house we wanted to see. Mr. Levias' most strongest strength to us was his knowledge in this field. We felt he was really looking out for our best interest, and he had high integrity. Mr. Levias went above and beyond for us, and we will be forever grateful. We had a loan ready, but Mr. Levias offered an opportunity to get an even lower interest rate which we took advantage of. After we closed and the sale was final, he stayed in touch with us.
