THIS IS THE REALTOR YOUVE BEEN LOOKING FOR!! 10/10!! As a military family the news of a pcs move was very stressful and having the goal to purchase a home brought much worry being that we weren’t yet residing in the state. From the first virtual meeting through the pre-approval process to searching and virtually viewing homes, the countless messages and FaceTimes all the way to closing lashaunda was always readily available to answer questions and suggest a plan that had the buyer in mind. We felt she was honest and upfront with every discussion. She is professional and patient. Her and her team offered a wealth of knowledge and expertise which made us feel we were in good hands. (Side note ; we had worried of inspections and ALL of Her references regarding various inspection specialist checked out 10/10 they were also very helpful and thorough and embodied the same patient yet direct approach!) I recommend lashaunda. She didn’t make us feel like just a dollar sign and that mattered.
