Because I was out of town, she facilitated tenant departure, contracted vendor service completions, and property staging. She was so effective at her craft and service, that our house received an offer on the second day that it was on the market. I can't think of another real estate professional that I've met who has handled the entire selling process with class and composure. She not only closed a deal in high heels.
