I became an agent 8 years ago because I have a passion for real estate. My husband and I have a unique perspective, as we own rental properties and flip homes. I have worked with many first-time home buyers, and it brings me great joy to help them navigate the process while alleviating their concerns.

I am available 90 percent of the time because, in this market, it is imperative to get buyers out to properties as soon as possible. I am fortunate to work with a brokerage that allows me to offer lower commission rates to sellers. I take care of all the legwork; I never make a homeowner handle the paperwork for a closing—I do all of that. Additionally, I invest in professional photography, as I believe that the first impression is crucial.

I may not be the highest-grossing agent, but I put my heart and soul into my clients' deals, and many of them have become friends.
