I've dealt with all my home purchases and sales of over the years. He has always done an excellent job for me. I realize this particular purchase was a limited time for purchase.
However, there were many issues with the land that I felt Levi was not totally knowledgeable about.I feel had I known these details up front, I am quiet sure I would needed to pass on this purchase. All the land changes I had to make cost me well over my budget. Something I totally was not expecting.
