I lived in the nation’s Capital until I enrolled in the Canadian Forces at the age of 17. In 2006, I graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston, Ontario, with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. The following nine years, I was in various postings across Canada, serving in the Royal Canadian Air Force as an Aerospace Engineer.
In 2015, I decided to pursue a career that would more fully complement my interests in architecture, design, and interpersonal interactions, by joining the real estate salesperson education program with the OREA College. I then joined esteemed real estate brokerage Engel & Völkers.
My natural ability with numbers, friendly personality, and keen eye for design, quality and value make me an excellent agent. My passion for all the things Ottawa can offer makes me the resident expert on the city and its surroundings.

Louis-Philippe did a great job advertising and finding a buyer for my condo in a tough market. He sat down with me months prior to me receiving my posting message to go over comparable and come up with a strong sales plan. He replied quickly to text/e-mails and phone calls.
