P.S. 20 minutes after he listed our house we received a request for showing on "Home by showing time". This is an app which lets the owner manage the visit times directly with the buying agents. I found that (new to me) method helpful as it puts us in the "driver's seat" and give us ample time to prepare and vacate the house. The app also includes a feedback section where the visiting agents commented that the pricing was excellent and gave us high marks on the Home Staging.
