I really appreciated Louis-Philippe's help in finding a condo downtown. He helped me to find and visit at least a dozen places as well as provided lots of information regarding many others to help in my decision-making. At all times he was friendly and helpful. His patience in seeing many, many places while I was still unsure about what I wanted was appreciated. Furthermore, he was efficient at organizing these visits, at getting information from various sellers and following-up with other questions.

Louis-Philippe was very good at ensuring that all aspects of purchasing steps were covered and explained to me. Negotiations with the seller were more difficult/annoying than I had anticipated, but Louis-Philippe managed to stay on top of them, and contact them repeatedly to try and find out the information we needed or get them to move things along. Thank you for your persistence!

During the whole process I felt that Louis-Philippe had my best interests at heart. He had very good suggestions and comments for many of the places we visited as well as tips to make some of them better suited to my needs.
