He is organized, prepared and educated on the market to make informed decisions. He has a good network of people to work with (inspector, mortgage broker, etc). This isn't surprising as he's charming and personable. He also ensures that the process is personal and makes you feel valued. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

From there, he provided options for receiving listings, communication and availability. He found a home with the preferences identified in a short matter of time and under budget. His communication skills, approach and work ethic were exceptional. Beyond assisting with the the purchase of the new home, he provided recommendations and assisted with a number of other tasks, for example researching options for my pets in the new neighborhood. My time was limited but Mackenzie was adaptable, organized and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
