We are a rather young couple buying our first home and we had no idea what we were doing. Maggie played a critical role in helping us buy our home and became a kind of foster mom to us. Our loan company was awful and there were many setbacks and issues, but Maggie was always there when we needed her and went above and beyond to do anything she possibly could to get us to closing quickly. I am so glad that she was there to help us through this stressful process!!

Couldn't have possibly asked for a better agent than Margaret she was so very patient with us during our home search. She also grew to know our taste and could tell if we would like a place or not before we would even see the house. Constant professional. It was both a pleasure and a privilege to work with Margaret. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and I have full intentions on giving her a call in the future when I'm in the market for an additional property.

I've recommended the Margaret Poisson to everyone I know. She’s a true professional and a genuinely nice lady.I realize it won't always be this easy to buy a distressed home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor. I wish I knew off better words than thank you I would have used them.
