Marianne is an agent that meets all the needs of a seller. She was always an advocate for us in the selling of our home. She knew how to market it. She would be in constant contact with other agents with clients who were looking to buy. She supported our needs through the whole process by recommending varioius people for repairs and/or work to be done. I was very intimidated, initially when working on the process of finding on home. This was the first time that I had ever purchased a home or anything like this. I had just lost my parents, and I knew I wanted to find a place to settle down, and I had to find the right home. And Marianne had really worked with me in listening to my ideas and what I was thinking of as far as what I wanted as far a home.
