Mark Mleczewski

My real estate career began in 2000 as a sales agent for a development company, specializing in recreational waterfront properties. I gained a wealth of knowledge coordinating with the Department of Environmental Quality, Army Corp of Engineers, and County officials. After several years, I opened a brokerage and added two additional offices within three years.

I have owned and operated a commercial cleaning company and restaurant, was the Director of an assisted living facility, and the Manager of several automotive dealerships. My clients appreciate my work ethic, strong negotiation skills, professionalism, and dedication to achieving desirable results.

I love the outdoors, spending much of my spare time hiking, kayaking, fishing, mushroom picking, and rock hounding. It gives me great pleasure to help others find their way to the great outdoors through their own piece of property or business in Northern Michigan.
