" Marsha answered the phone when I called a number at Realtor.com. I didn’t realize I was calling an ‘on call’ Agent. Marsha quickly got my answers and wanted to assist me. she called the property’s agent and provided an abundance of details. Her enthusiasm prompted me to have her help me with my continued search. I am not a “usual” home buyer. I wanted Living/work space. Potentially commercial. I was special. I also am a licensed realtor in another state, with expectations. And I was shopping from out of state. She wasn’t one bit hesitant to assist me. We wrote 3 contracts, one commercial, one rental and one HUD. All were a bit complicated.
