Matt has been spectacular! I was in a very precarious position and needed to find something very quickly. My own search had me so frustrated and worried. Matt relieved all of that and guided me through every step of the process, considering I'd never rented before. He showed me a couple of places and was in contact every day even though he was extremely busy with other clients. He went to bat for me and reassured me that we would find not just an apartment but a place I could make a home! His knowledge and experience showed continually and he was willing to go the extra mile (explaining everything to me took patience!) and he found a lovely place for me.
