Matt did a fantastic job in helping us purchase our dream home! He was honest with us from the beginning about the kind of market we were dealing with! Matthew Wikert has been very thorough explaining all the aspects and rights as a buyer and seller. He has always answered calls, questions and concerns. If I didn't understand some portion of any of the process, he would explain it in different ways until I did understand. A talent many people don't have.
