I wish I could give a 10 star instead of 5 star. I was a first time home buyer and not familiar with the home buying process. Menika walked me through the process and was very responsive to my many questions. I would call and text any time and she was there to respond to my questions. Her negotiation skills are top notch, she negotiated my offer and requested additional upgrades to the home from the seller. She is a realtor who is not interested in profits but overall client satisfaction. She is also kind and personable. I will use her for all my real-estate needs and recommend her to friends and family.

Menika is AMAZING!!! We are an out of state client looking for a home states away so when we came across her listing we jumped quickly to reach out to see the property.
