Michelle found the perfect home for us. She was able to answer all of my dumb questions, and was very nice and professional in doing so. She was very attentive, responding at any time of day and being proactive with solving problems. After closing, she gave a perfect gift, with only an off-hand comment during viewing; it showed she readily understood us and that's what made this work so well.

Michelle personally went to My mothers house that day and started the process. I wanted it done asap and she got it done sooner then I have experienced before. She always returned my text or phone calls immediately. I was so impressed I told my brother to hire her and fire his realtor because she was a "get it done" Realtor who believed me when I said" lets sale it". Told me the truth and got me referrals for repairs. I had an offer and accepted the next day. Thank you Michelle. You make Century 21 look good.

Michelle is amazing! She helped us buy and sell our home! She went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process and that everything worked out. When we bought our first home we were clueless and had an issue with insurance Michelle took matters into her own hands and called the insurance company to get the situation fixed for us. She goes above and beyond her job description to help her clients. Selling a house during a pandemic wasn’t easy but Michelle made the process as easy as possible for us! I cannot recommend her enough!
