I’m Mike Anstead, Broker of Record and Owner of Royal Realty Group, serving homeowners and buyers throughout Kitchener-Waterloo. I have been helping people buy and sell real estate since 2000, bringing more than 25 years of sales, negotiation, and market experience to every client I work with.

Unlike larger teams where clients may be passed from one person to another, I remain personally involved throughout the process. From our first conversation through pricing, marketing, property evaluation, negotiations, conditions, and closing, you deal directly with me.

My background includes both resale real estate and new home construction, giving me additional insight into layouts, renovations, upgrades, construction quality, neighbourhood value, and potential resale considerations.
