They used a winning strategy that was proven effective in getting us to our goals. Key to this success was their ability to demonstrate integrity and professionalism. This won our trust and now we are very satisfied customers!

Here we were 2200 miles away from Kitchener where my original home was. I rented it out to a fantastic person I never had to worry about a thing . My life changed in a different direction and decided to sell my home in Kitchener as I now live in Newfoundland. The next thing to do was find someone in real estate that could handle the job for me.
I found Mike Anstead with Royal Realty Group .
I ever had to worry about a thing . Advertising listing and selling was fast , proficient and comfortable . Being that far away was a worry .
I must say we never had to worry about a thing and I would trust Mike and his team with having to sell from anywhere in the world.

This is the second time I've dealt with Mike and Christine. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Mike and Christine make a wonderful team. They are both knowledgeable, patient, and very responsive. Mike helped buy our dream home and then quickly staged our old home and sold it in a couple of days at the desired price before the central bank raised the interest rate again. Mike is very experienced. He gave us good advice on what fixes are needed and what is not.
