Here we were 2200 miles away from Kitchener where my original home was. I rented it out to a fantastic person I never had to worry about a thing . My life changed in a different direction and decided to sell my home in Kitchener as I now live in Newfoundland. The next thing to do was find someone in real estate that could handle the job for me. I found Mike Anstead with Royal Realty Group . I ever had to worry about a thing . Advertising listing and selling was fast , proficient and comfortable . Being that far away was a worry . I must say we never had to worry about a thing and I would trust Mike and his team with having to sell from anywhere in the world.

We came across RRG by chance and if you are reading this and in doubt... don't be! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Mike and Christine are a knowledgeable, responsive and personable team. They take the time to truly listen to your needs and concerns and do not try and pull the wool over your eyes when it comes to potential issues with properties. They even addressed things that we didn't even notice! They also have 2 rare attributes that a lot of Realtors don't have; honesty and fair pricing.
