Misty was very thorough when it came to explaining things to us.
She was patient and kind through out the whole process.. We don't do digital signatures and she came to us in a timely manner to get our signatures. Going above an beyond at times to meet us in a different county to get the job done... We are grateful for her and we would recommend her to anyone.

During our short time with Misty Kinney she has been very kind, considerate and understanding of our needs...she’s a real people person. However, it was her marketing strategy, knowledge of our area and professionalism that impressed us the most. She is the only realtor we’ve known that told us she would sell our property. We told her we wanted to price the house to sell, and we told her the net we wanted to take away. The house was under contract within 3 weeks of signing with her and closed 3 weeks after signing the buyers contract! She stayed on top of the Escrow Co to ensure we were fairly treated on their pricing. They adjusted the numbers on the settlement agreement after she called them on some line item pricing. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our sell. We have three other properties listed with her, and we’ve referred another client to her. We’ve made a new life friend...we feel we’ve know her all our lives. What a blessing she has been to us!

Let me just say that from the moment I first spoke with Misty I knew she was going to do everything she could to get our needs met. She was able to coordinate several property visits during the COVID crisis in such a limited amount of time. I also truly felt that Misty was looking out for our best interests throughout the entire process. We were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Misty to anyone looking for a home.

Misty was wonderful to work with and helped us every step of the way. It was the first time we have ever bought a home and she was available to answer any questions we had. She communicated constantly so we knew what was going on.
