Time on market has lengthened noticeably in Charlotte, with the median days on market around 113 in this rolling period, far higher than a year ago and suggesting buyers have more time to make decisions. Only about one-quarter of homes go under contract within two weeks, and roughly 17 percent are selling above list price, a modest share given the jump in values.
