Nicole Clark was a phenomenal realtor. I will recommend her to all my friends and family. Being 24 years old and doing the process alone was challenging, but with the help of Nicole, we got things moving quickly. It was her first time selling to someone in my industry, which is all cash, but she made things happen. She was the only person I had that helped me along the way. She was like a mother to me during this process. I know that if it wasn't for her, none of this would be possible. I am forever thankful, and I will miss her a lot.

From the very start we felt Nicole was a well seasoned real estate agent. She was very attentive, responsive and respectful to our needs over the entire sales period. There were times we contacted her on weekends and evenings and she always got back to us with useful information and with a professional attitude. Our first prospective buyer retracted at the closing but Nicole kept a positive attitude and jumped right back in the saddle to show other prospective buyers our property. The second buyer purchased the property and the closing occurred in a very timely manner without incident. We would highly recommend Nicole to our friends and we plan to hire her when we sell our home in Scranton.

Nicole went above and beyond to help me get a home that matched my needs and my budget. She was willing to meet me anytime to ensure I found the right home, in the right area, at the right price. Nicole was honest and open about the challenges of the current market and she assisted me in facing those challenges to help me get the perfect house. I always enjoyed looking at options with Nicole because she gave the perfect amount of support, never steering me in a direction but giving her professional opinion in an open and honest way. I also felt confident relying on some of her knowledge of the intricacies of the appraisal and arduous FHA approval process. She always answered her texts and emails, or clarified further with a call if needed.

Nicole went over all the paperwork and everything with a fine-tooth comb, ensuring that there were no hiccups in the process. The closing went off without a hitch in part because of her dedication and attention to detail. She worked well with the seller's agent and with my bank to ensure that we had all of our ducks in a row to have a quick, efficient, and on-time closing.

Nicole was incredible! She listened to every single point that we were looking for. She sent us every single home within our range as soon as it went up for sale. Answered every call, and always had answers. She sent us our new home the day it was listed, got us in to see it and our offer got approved same day! I get to raise my family in a home I've always dreamed of. I had worked with a previous realtor and they were neglectful, and didn't do the work. I didn't think we were ever going to move. Nicole turned it all around for us. I will recommend her to every person I know looking for a home. She was such a pleasure, such a great personality!
