It only took Nicole two weeks to get my new build under contract. It was a blank slate and she was able to navigate the entire process (which was six months) from start to finish. This was no easy task and required an agent with an abundance of experience and knowledge. If she could sell this for exactly the price we wanted, she can sell anything! It was a pleasure to work with Nicole through the entire process. When I first called the agency, I could tell she had a go-getter attitude. That being said I never felt like I was being pushed or persuaded during the process, she gave me room to make my own decisions, and offered assistance when needed. She was very responsive even on weekends and late at night, which was critical for me due to my odd work schedule. She has a wealth of knowledge and was able to answer any questions or address any concerns I had. She was quick to set up tours at properties I was interested in which came in handy when I found the place I eventually chose - we went from seeing the listing to viewing the house to getting under contract all within a few days. Once under contract, she make sure to drive the process all the way through, ensuring everyone (including me!) got any forms or paperwork done completely and on time.
