She didn't only work well with my wife and myself; she loved being engaged with my special needs sons about their interests.
Nichole is driven to bring all of the elements in real estate together. She set our worries to rest by answering and educating us about several worries that we had. She gave us options; she never tried to run the ship on her own. If i had a question that she couldn't answer; then, she would research the question through the many resources available to her, and then she would give me the appropriate answer. Zillow is one to thank. When nicole and i
met. One of my biggest things, was finding a garage for my cars. (it was a must have) we went through so many houses. (some had the garage i was looking for and not the space) & vise versa. I finally set on a house not far away from my job. i was ready to sign until. the sellers ran into problems on selling the house to the new owner. one week passed then another. i remember nichole saying "lets look other houses" (and we did) one night i saw a house that just hit the market. i immediately contacted nicole. everything was in my budget. seeing the house in person it was everything and more. (there was no other ppl looking at it) i bit the bullet and signed some papers. I cant thank enough Nicole & CENTURY 21 Jack Ruddy Real Estate for their effort. Never did i think i could own a home.
