Nicole was an awesome realtor! She worked incredibly hard to help me through the process and was on top of it all with quick responses to any of my questions or needs. She was also very helpful in coming up with solutions for issues I had showing the house with having a dog that had not been crated since being a puppy and my rigorous work schedule. All that being said she still got my house under contract with a great buyer in only 13 days. The closing went smoothly and I was extremely happy with my sales price, even as interest rates were climbing and sales were slowing down in the market.
