Nicole was consistent and made excellent use of social media to market my property. She didn't give up marketing the property even though it was winter and the house sold in early January.

Just a little example of going the extra mile. After I had possession of the house, the deal had been closed for a few days, I inquired about a garage door opener, not only did she ask the previous owners but actually went out and got me one the very next day. You can take Nicole’s advice to the bank.. literally. A couple of times while sitting with the bank staff I texted her, She promptly replied and when I showed her response to the bank staff it seemed to light a fire under their asses. She knows the real estate business inside and out and you will do just fine with her in your corner.
Buying or selling you can not go wrong with Nicole Lovell!

I was impressed with Nicole's knowledge about houses and inspections. She always had the answers to why something might be damaged, whether it could be fixed or not, how much renovations or repairs might cost, was it even worth fixing, etc.

Nicole always got back to me and she always made things work according to our schedule. I don't know how she did it. She kept us informed about the next step at every stage, which was very reassuring since we hadn't bought a house in decades.
