Very pleased for what Nicole has done for us. She had to sell our house first but showed us multiple properties to purchase until we found the perfect fit and what we were looking for. Then she recommended we put in a conditional offer which needed to be renewed 3 separate times. She made sure our house was well advertised and was always available for any questions we had. We appreciated the extra work she had to put in and in the end all was worth the wait. We would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

We were very happy to work with Nicole. She understood our needs and was very accommodating. She was knowledgeable and prompt to find accurate answers to any questions we had that she was not prepared to answer immediately.

We became very comfortable with Nicole. We developed a trust and felt she kept our best interests in mind. She was always very patient with us. We never felt rushed through a property or showing. I was extremely pleased with Nicole’s service and expertise for the recent sale of my mom’s house. From the initial meeting, everything was made clear and good advice was given in relation to all aspects of the sale, such as pricing, agreeing on when we should put it on the market, suggestions for appraisers etc.
Nicole was amazingly efficient and proactive and ensured that everything ran smoothly behind the scenes and never said no to helping me, even though I was dealing with the house sale, on my mom’s behalf from 600 km away.
Nicole got the job done quickly, seamlessly, professionally, and I really enjoyed working with her.

The broker was knowledgeable and engaging from the first contact. She addressed my concerns and was eager to point me in the right direction to obtain exactly what i was looking for.

Nicole was available for any concerns, and was quick to respond and provide direction and answer my questions.

She was very positive with regards to giving me information for every available service in the community, as well as a minor history of the home i was purchasing. There was never anything less than anticipation in being able to provide the services i needed to close on buying the perfect home for me and my aging/health needs. Her pride in her professionalism, her kind and concerning manner dealing with me during the purchase process, and her excitement for me finding exactly what i need as the deal closed- has made a difficult situation and the need to move swiftly in winter weather, so much easier. It has also given me more than ample reason to give her every recommendation and pass her name on to others, at any and every opportunity in the future. She made me feel very confident in my decision. I was fortunate to have found her and very happy to be making my new home in the area she serves. I look forward to seeing her in the area, know she loves her profession, and i know she will be making people feel very confident about their purchasing a home with her as their realtor.

I have a home i listed for sale with no positive results in almost a yr. i am looking at retaining a Remax agent in the area in the new yr. it was Nicole who was encouraging in regards to houses moving in this market, telling me of some of the people moving in and out of Ab to Sk. She was far more positive and informative than those i previously spoke to, and took away the fears other realtors tried to just shove my concerns under the rug. I have changed my opinion of realtors in general because of meeting and dealing with Nicole. I was fortunate... it could have been different had i dealt with someone else, i believe. She is an asset to the industry, and particularly the area she serves and loves.

Nicole kept us well informed during the process of our sale. Only drawback was we never got the chance to meet .,due to the fact we did the transaction from 6 plus hours away .Since we reside in northern Alberta Thanks Nicole Lovell for a job well done
