We met Oleg at an open house he was showing while we were still in the browsing stage and looking around for ideas.
He was very approachable and easy to talk to right away. So we let him know what we would be looking for - a home with an above ground lower suite, that would accommodate my senior Mum.
It took a couple months for us to be ready to really pursue purchasing. During that time, Oleg would send updates and ideas of homes for us to look at.
We ended up finding a home and Boy O Boy was Oleg ever amazing in helping us buy it.
He was there every step of the way. Helping to calm first time buying jitters and calm my nerves for so many of the real estate terms and lingo that was so uncertain to us.
From getting us a great home with a beautiful bright suite for Mum, to making sure we had a great price and mostly helping to get move in days and all the transferring details sorted.
He was truly wonderful, patient and we all are extremely thankful.
