In December 2016, she and her business partner opened a property management company, Rent Better Property Management, and in May 2017, they purchased Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Signature Service.

In January 2024, they changed their brokerage name to River Street Real Estate, going independent to better serve their clients. This move allows for more local community connections, free from franchise restrictions, and enables them to spend money locally, giving back and building their community.
