Patrice was born and raised in Medicine Hat and has witnessed the rapid growth of this extraordinary city. She began her career in real estate in 1997 and has been an award-winning REALTOR® year after year since then.

She joined Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate in 2001, continuing her career as a REALTOR®. In December 2016, she and her business partner opened a property management company, Rent Better Property Management, and in May 2017, they purchased Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Signature Service.

In January 2024, they changed their brokerage name to River Street Real Estate, going independent to better serve their clients. This move allows for more local community connections, free from franchise restrictions, and enables them to spend money locally, giving back and building their community.

Patrice was always available by text even though we tried not to make too many enquiries over the weekends .
She gave us honest feedback from realtors showing our acreage property, knowing some things we could control and some things we could not.
