Phillip and his whole team did a great job moving quickly to help me snatch up the perfect house before anyone else at a time when the inventories were tight and competition with other buyers was fierce. They combed through listings and were super responsive working any day of the week, and helping me negotiate the price lower even though it was a sellers market. Great job!
