Selling and buying at the same time we had to deal with two different agents in two different states. I am grateful for Phillip, he was helpful, understanding and available to answer questions (and I had a lot of them), unlike the other agent.

Phillip paid attention to things we were looking for in the house we wanted and, as a results, we got to buy the house of our dreams.

I started inquiring into selling my house a couple months before I was going to sell. I contacted many realtors in my area including the Provost team. Every realtor had comps ready and a suggested sale price, but the provost team had the entire package ready including, marketing plan, sales record, commission, how my money is being spent along with providing comps and suggested price. The provost team is awesome and I would suggest having them as your realtor. When my house was listed I had a full price offer in less than 45minutes of official listing. Ended up selling within the next five days for 5k over asking.
