Rhonda listed a house we wanted to sell earlier in 2018. Her knowledge of the Sebring market was a great help in establishing the price and we accepted a full price offer within a week of listing. Rhonda did an awesome job in helping me find a retirement villa in Sebring. It only took 2 outings to find a good match for my grandchild and I. The community appears to have everything we were looking for and more. Rhonda went above and beyond in making sure the home was ready for arrival (i.e., setting up home inspections, electrical issues fixed and staying on top of the closing). In less then 2 wks we closed!! I would highly recommend Rhonda to those seeking an agent who is easily available and has the best interest of her clients needs/wants. Kudos Rhonda!!

We met Rhonda quite by accident. I clicked on the "Request more information" button on a real estate web site, and she responded. We were so lucky to have gotten her. She was easy to work with. We were doing business long distance, as we live 2 hours from the area we were looking to buy in. She made that experience about as easy as it could get.

Rhonda was an excellent agent to have. I can't recall one moment where we had a real disagreement on any of my request/demands. She was able to use her contacts to help set up post closing repairs, she gave advise on how to handle certain parts of the sale as well as how to proceed with some things post sale.
