Rich Harter went out of his way to help get some home repair items cleared up since we were caught up with a family loss and out of the area, to the point he did some of the work himself even--no bill ever submitted. His dedication and follow through were first rate on the sale of our home. I think one would be hard pressed to find a more genuine realtor to work with.

Words can not described the amount of work and caring that Rich brings to the table. He won't feed you a bunch of B.S straightforward and to the point not blunt just honest. My experience with the said individual, was very good. He was very knowledgeable about the local real estate market as well as the market outside of the North Pole area. Rich is a very personable individual. He was always willing to answer my questions as well as my inquiries about various pieces of property. He was very honest and straightforward with his answers and personal thoughts about the many different homes and properties that I was interested in. He never tried to push me into any purchase just to make a buck. He was also very adamant about providing the best service possible for the 2 years that he worked with me while looking for a home to purchase. As a first time buyer in the market at the time, I was very impressed with Rich’s professionalism and integrity throughout the whole process from start to finish. I would recommend his services to anyone who is ultimately looking to sell or purchase a home.

Rich was one of two realtors recommended on Dave Ramsey's ELP. It is true when Dave Ramsey says he only recommends top notch, professional agents. Rich called me back promptly after I sent out my initial email. On his first visit, he was professional, cordial, and highly knowledgeable on real estate. The day we listed our home was an exciting day and truly an example of his exceptional hard work and ability as a top-notch realtor. We had an offer within 5 hours. Needless to say, we sold our home. Then, after 6 months, Rich helped us purchase the home of our dreams. Rich possesses the integrity, experience, knowledge, and work ethics of a top realtor.

Rich was an absolutely incredible buyer's agent. His straightforward honesty and immediate responsiveness took an incredible load off my shoulders. He really cared about getting us into a home that we liked, and I felt that was his first and foremost concern. He confidently stood up to the sellers agent on the day of closing when there was a surprise attempt at more money and went out of his way to make sure I was not ripped off. He even managed to resolve it before I had even had time to become involved after getting the call at work - so fast my blood pressure never had a chance to rise. He never rushed a walkthrough, he always showed up early, he met my inspector and the appraiser both and performed the walkthroughs with both. He helped me notice what the inspectors missed (did a pretty good job of it too)- I heeded his advice whenever possible and never once regretted it. Rich Harter is no doubt the best Broker/Realtor in the business! After having our home previous listed with another brokerage for over 7 months we took it off the market. Relisted it with Alaska Life Realty and we accepted an offer with-in 9 days of being relisted. Rich Harter was amazing and we couldn't be more happier then we are now.
