Badger had 51 new listings and 27 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 46—up 2.22% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.
Of those 46 active listings, 34.78% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Badger grew 8.11% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $399,900. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year. In April 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 6 days, compared to -9 days in April 2024.
