This was my first time purchasing a home so I knew nothing about the process. Rickey made sure he went over everything step by step. I got tons of listings of everything I wanted in a home until I found the one. Rickey was always patient with us I never felt rushed or pressured into a house. He answered all of my 101 questions. I never had to wait more than ten minutes for a call back. Any trouble I had with the lender or builder Rickey was on the phone getting thing straightened out. I didn’t have to stress about anything Rickey took care of everything for us. We are so grateful we got to work with him.
