So many great things to say about Rickey! Being a first home buyer, he made this experience a smooth one. Having only lived in the Houston area for two years, I was very nervous when starting the process. Brittany (Rickey’s daughter) made initial contact with me and helped ease my worries. Rickey then share much knowledge and expertise when taking me to view homes. Rickey and Brittany were with me every step of the way once I found my home. Can’t thank them enough! ❤️

Rickey Chavez lived in Bridgeland before, understand the community, quality and design of the homes. He is very friendly, excellent negotiator, understand client and his needs, does not ask too many questions and get the job done that is sell the home at the best possible price. We are very pleased with his service, commitment and will recommend him for all the real estate needs. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, it took longer to sell the home and it was expected. Rickey and his team continued to market the property with available tools to ensure that potential buyers stay interested in it. As soon as we put home on sale, we moved out of Cypress, Texas to Philadelphia area. Rickey and his team took care of all the details to keep home presentable to potential buyers. He only called us if he had a question that he could not find answer. For us, he sold the property hassle free, just like a turn-key project.

We only talked to Rickey Chavez to list the home and it worked out very well for us. All the positive experience we expected. He is good asset for Gary Greene and Gary Greene need to have all the agents like Rickey. He could be a good resource to guide and teach others to enhance there property listing and selling skills.
