We worked with Brittany Lawrence as a member of the Rickey Chavez team and she was fantastic. She answered our questions thoroughly, explained the process, offered suggestions and advice, and made the entire house buying experience great. Specifically, she helped distract our kids a few times while we were looking at houses, walked around with me to help me visual the area, and chatted with my parents about the area. As a first time home buyer, those few things were immensely helpful and appreciated. Every conversation was polite and professional. We will definitely suggest Brittany and the Rickey Chavez team to our friends and family.

Rickey really listen to our wants and needs. He was understanding of our indecisiveness, in the end we got something we really loved.
Ricky is very knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently to get us in to view the house. He is super friendly and treated us like family. He will tell you what to expect and work to get you closed quickly and competently. His is always available anytime and is always responsive. I know my husband was hard to deal with but Ricky made him so comfortable, he had no worries at all. We had such a smooth closing it was almost like a dream. Ricky and his team effortlessly took care of all the details. He and his team are phenomenal! It was a pleasure working with them.
