Rob was referred by my previous realtor who was in another city. I was looking for someone who has knowledge about the local area.

Rob has been very responsive. Rob never hesitated to show me a property even during Sundays. Rob has made this process of buying in another city very smooth. Robert was great to work with. He knew the area/market, and worked with us to find a suitable listing price for the unit. He is super communicative, thorough, and easy to deal with. The listing flyers looked great, it was super helpful he digitally staged the unit, which I believe helped get people in. In dealing with the offer to purchase, he helped us make the best decisions for us, and ultimately get us a great amount for our condo.

Rob went out of his way to assist us to view properties as we were out of town buyers and unfamiliar with the area. He did video showings and gave us his honest opinion of the homes and areas he showed us. We felt trust immediately and hence did not hesitate to purchase without even physically walking through the house. Our offer was accepted within hours and then Rob walked us through the entire process. He answered all of our questions and advised us on many things we would not have thought of. Rob took great care of us. We hope we've met our first friend in Calgary!

Robert and Diane have been a team of my choice since 2007. I have sold few properties with Robert and would call him again if need it. He is quick to react , to respond and to do anything that is needed for a sale. Very professional and reliable. All staff was excellent along with every recommendation we were given. From house inspector to the lawyer and hIs assistant everyone was helpful and right there when we needed something.
