I first spoke to Robert about 2 years ago when we were thinking about selling our condo. I found Robert's name from a property he was selling in our building. I was impressed with reviews of happy buyers and sellers he has helped in the past. Robert listened to our story and provided very honest advice about holding off due to a high inventory of condos currently on the market. Not pushy in anyway to get a sale, just giving us honest advice. We came back 18 months later to Robert. He did a comprehensive market evaluation on our property and recommended a sale price my wife and I felt comfortable about. Robert was very patient in answering our questions and guiding us in our relocation to Alberta! Much of our home purchase process was completed remotely, something we have never experienced before. Robert made us feel comfortable and confident as he handled the details and maintained excellent communication with us throughout. Secondly, to the public who will read the review a little background on the person writing such. I am 74 years old and have sold a number of family homes over my years. I know what I think is fair, I stick to my guns and hope I am not to difficult to work with.

This realtor team of Rob and Diana McIntyre are the epitome of the word team. Touches of good cop / bad cop figuratively speaking that left me after our first meeting very satisfied that all bases had been covered. It continued through out the duration of our dealings including the final sale closure. On a scale of zero to ten I give them 18. Exceptional performance topped off by us getting the price I was determined to get. The closure was mid January when the market was not sure what the near future held for it. My final sale price was $50,000 more than the two earlier realtors I interviewed had predicted it would be. I determined what my selling price would be, under some pressures to lower it. What I enjoyed the most was I chose this team from their Facebook newsletter that I had been reading online for some time. I got the price that I wanted, and was very happy that it sold very quickly. From the beginning to the closing, Robert was perfect. I loved his commitment and enthusiasm. Robert is a phenomenal realtor per excellence. Considering the fact that I am new in the country and just owning a home for the first time, Robert took time to explain several real estate concepts to me.
