Hello! I’m Roxie Mielke, Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Bay Area Realty.

I’m originally from Luxemburg, Wisconsin, spent about a decade in the Green Bay area, and now proudly call beautiful Door County home with my husband and our two children.

I’ve always had a passion for helping people, which naturally led me to a career in real estate. Before becoming a Realtor, I spent years working in public safety. That experience taught me the importance of communication, trust, problem-solving, and showing up for people when they need you most—values I carry with me into every real estate transaction.

I’m passionate about helping buyers and sellers throughout Door County, Green Bay, and surrounding Northeast Wisconsin communities. Outside of real estate, I’m a wife and mom who enjoys staying active, coaching fitness, gardening, traveling, and exploring everything Door County has to offer. I love where I live, and I love helping others discover what makes this area such a special place to call home.
